The rain pelted Felix's skin, causing him to shake and shiver, the cold seeping through his skin. He looked over at the two men talking near the horses, and eyed the creatures needily. Getting a horse was his objective at the moment and stealing from them didn't seem likely. There was one pretty tall and well-built one, the one that was in the inn previously with that beast man. He gritted his teeth, wondering if he should interrupt their conversation. It was difficult, his mind was a bit clouded over by the pain that striked his back.
Jince...
Felix wriggled his fingers then stopped. I'll find another way. He took a deep breath and sighed, releasing it. Stepping on several muddy puddles he headed down the soaked road. His mind kept reminding him of the strange man he had slept with. He licked his lips. His blood was pretty good. A future donor for me, perhaps...? Felix thought, eyeing the alleyways he passed wearily. It was possible there was someone out there to get him, he had caused many troubles previously. He was only too lucky to have gotten away from the previous city.
Ahead of him, he could hear a strange noise. A muffled moan, Felix assumed. He rolled his eyes. Some people are too horny to bother finding a room. His boots scraped and broke the small rocks underneath the metal paddings. As he passed another alleyway, a strong wind whispered past his ears: "I told you I'd come."
He whipped around, his cape billowing behind him. His eyes traced a shadow that passed beneath his feet and jumped out of the way, only to be caught on his way down. Wrists seized and head hung back and body floating in mid-air, he was caught immobile. But he could clearly see the face of his assaulter. Felix struggled to escape from his attacker's grasp and flailed his legs. "Let go of me, Gabraeil!!" He shouted annoyingly.
"Fufufu," Gabraeil chuckled. "No-no, I don't think so, Felix." The harpy shook his head and brought them both back down to the ground, gracefully. He pushed him into an alleyway, and against a wall and pushed Felix's wrist higher, flinching ever-so-slightly when his nails dug through his skin. Using a free hand, he clutched the Rhasto's neck and breathed into his ear, "I told you that I'd come and take revenge did I not? I don't make empty threats, my dear."

Outside the inn, the three humans greeted each other and were preparing to take the two horses to the stables just behind the inn.
Cyan patted his horse to smooth his temper, and nodded apologetically to the other traveller.
"Stables, huh? Come this way." The innkeeper followed the thin path under the roof to avoid getting soaked, while leading the two behind him. The rain was getting heavier, and the wind started to stir.
The storm was making her entrance.
He smooth along the neck of the black horse, hoping that it would be alright somehow. To be honest, Cyan rarely searched for cities to dwell in under storms. It was because of the presence of another traveller --- namely, Kloe --- that he decided to take shelter in a city. Normally he would sleep against the horse, wherever it decides to spend the night. Cyan felt a little uncomfortable, leaving it alone in the stables.
Furthur along the road, muffled by rain, a shout came to the three men's ears. Cyan turned his head in solemn curiosity, and looked to the other two men to see if they heard it as well.

Running past the scorching water to his towel, the Er Lot got out of the bathwater with some relief. Now that he was all squeaky clean, it was definitely time for a nap and maybe a nice lay later. He yawned feeling the soothing bath take it's affect and he smiled lazily. He dried himself off thoroughly, not liking the feeling of chaffing against bedsheets... well not when it had nothing to do with sex. He grinned.
Danil pulled up his trousers, not bothering to mess with the belt and stalked out of the room, drying off his dripping hair and ears now. He frowned when he reached the lobby, only seeing the female sprawled on the couch in the lobby. Everyone seemed to have left of gone to there rooms and he sighed. Slowly, he padded down the hall and he paused when he felt a presence around him.
The lecher's ears adjusted to the dim lighting and he spotted a body slumped against the ground. Alarmed, he jogged over to it and checked it's pulse. Feeling relieved and annoyed, he patted the body's shoulder, trying to wake it up.
"Come oon. Wake oop!"

Kloe had a nice dream. Or well, at least it started out nice. In the ned, he was left alone by his brother- again. He shifted slightly in his sleep, huddled up against the wall. Perhaps it was discomfort casuing the dreams, or the storm, maybe it was because who Cyan reminded him of. Perhaps a combination of the three.
But that wa the end of the dream, because someone was patting his shoulder, a voice speaking with a heavy accent. ".. wake oop!" The h'ortom frowned slightly annoyed that someone disturbed his slumber.
Emerald eyes fluttered open sleepily. He blinked a few times to clear his vision, and found himself looking straight into the face of an er lot. Kloe's mouth opened to speak but all he managed was a half-asleep, intelligent "Nuh?"

"I wouldn't call that a threat." Felix hissed, slowly bringing up his leg.
Gabraeil's eyes narrowed and he 'tsk'd'. "Uh-uh, I don't think you should bring your pride here," he reminded, tapping the underside of Felix's chin with his claws, drawing out small beads of blood. Sniffing the air curiously he looked at the Rhasto's neck and showed a toothful grin. "Well...I can see that you've been busy."
Felix's brows tightened, his whole body thudded with a dull pain; the cold rain mixing with it. He held in a whimper and looked Gabraeil in the eyes. "Nayok, you damn harpy!"
Taking advantage of me like this...
"Ooh...I'm hurt, Felix," he feigned, nuzzling his neck affectionately. "I'm your step-brother."
"Exactly. I hate you for that. Now...Get. The. Jince." He paused and a soft click following afterwards. The older man looked down and half-glowered in bewilderment, a sharp knife came crashing towards his face. He jumped back and screeched, letting go of Felix's wrists. "Off..." The rhasto finished.
Gabraeil touched his face and blurted a wicked laugh. "My face." He breathed. Looking up at him, he wriggled his bony fingers.
"Shouldn't have touched mine, Gabe." Felix said refliexively, looking down at his brother. "Stay out of my life. This is my last warning to you." He took one last breath before breaking into a quick sprint, shifting the sheath of his sword, taking it out.
That won't stop Gabraeil. Thinking to himself in a panicked manner. I have to get out of this place. Squinting he saw three figures in the distance; his eyes widened in fear. "Get away!"

"Nuh?"
He huffed feeling tired and cranky. "What are ya doin' sleepin' out ere for?" he asked with his back bent to get a closer look at whoever was on the ground. It looked like another beast man and very familiar. Maybe he was drunk. Drunks never did seem to get quite into their rooms and he smirked remembering when he would have a drink too many.

Eleazar allowed himself be led by the two men as the rain fell down. He heard a few cracks of thunder from a distance and was worried about the approaching storm, he looked at Mindy and wondered if she would really be safe in the stables.
As he neared the stables he heard a cry from somewhere. Sharply turning behind he scanned the surrounding place, nothing. Then, silence, only the stronger pitter-patter of the rain was heard. He looked at his other two companions, unsure whether he should say it or not.
"Hey you guys. Did you hear that?" they approached the small wooden stable by then.

Upon receiving the confirmation, Cyan began to turn back towards the noise while his leaving hand patted his horse a temporary goodbye.
Stepping under the sky again, he was splattered by the heavy rain, now falling like thick needles from the sky. His cloak instantly got soaked in rain.
"Get away!"
The human halted for a splitsecond before starting to run towards the source of the noise.

Kloe shifted slightly on the spot, back popping from the stiffness his position had induced. He was feeling a little more awake now as he mumbled. "There's a bad leak in my room. Can't sleep there."
Not that h hadn't slept in places where it was wet before. But back then he didn't have a choice. Now that he'd been offered a room that was suppoed to be dry and comfortable, it was wet and well, not comfy. The floor had seemed a logical choice at the time, even though he knew he'd likely wake up stiff.
Green eyes narrowed slightly in the dim darkness, tryng to figure out just who had woken him.

Without any warning or words, the human sprinted outside. Following the dark-haired man, Eleazar sprinted towards the source of the sound.
"Wait up!" he shouted, unsure whether he was doing the right thing since he knew that he would also be helpless in a bad situation.
He tailed behind Cyan, just in case he screwed up he could always go hide in this man's back, he seemed strong plus he had a weapon. He looked at his damp supply belt, the only weapon in there was a hammer, and in contrast to the sword the man was carrying he was useless. The rain fell heavily on these two men and now Eleazar could see the source of the commotion.
Two figures, he couldn't make out their race or their genders. He then saw the man in front of him put his thumb over the hilt of his sword.

Felix snarled with exasperation and took his sword completely from it's sheath. He looked back and he could see the harpy coming after him. In front of him, the Rhasto spotted the human he saw earlier come towards him. He continued to run, letting his hand fall limply, his sword dragging on the ground, denting the ground with a long line towards the dark-haired man.
Then, as if to smite him, another human came running towards him as well. "Damnit! Why are you guys running towards me?!" He shouted. Abruptly he stopped, without waiting for a reply and turned around. He readied his sword with on hand, in front of him, the tip of the sword pointing down and hilt pointing towards the angry sky. He dug into his pockets and took out a round, full sachet. He closed his eyes to concentrate, and dropped the large sachet. Without a warning, he swung his sword upward. "Initium Flamma!" He shouted, his sword slicing the bag, a series of heated sparks erupted as steady line of fire ignited in the air. It followed the air currents he left when he ran through.
Felix hoped, just hoping the rain wouldn't put out his fire. He jumped back and couldn't wait any longer. He had to stop the humans from going any farther. The Rhasto sprinted towards the closest figure. "Get back!"

Seeing a spark of light and hearing the boy yelling "Get back", instinctively Cyan caught the sprinting rhasto in his fall and whipped around to let his thick, soaked cloak face the direction of the ignition.
Carrying the thin boy in his cloak he then used his free arm to push the neighbouring traveller back, urging him to move away while starting to make a run from the alleyway. He was not concerned about whether the rain should diminish the flame --- for all he was taught on the battlefield, you never take luck for granted.
An array of memories from the army flashed through Cyan's mind, with pictures of his friends' corpses more vibrant than the others. The soldier let his expression fall into deep concentration, preparing himself for danger, and possibly Death.

Danil glanced at he door and noticed the water that was starting to leak out and he frowned. He certainly wouldn't like sleeping in water or the hard hard floor either. Pursing his lips, he thought. Maybe this beast man could sleep with him. The bed wasn't exactly...er... clean but it was better than the other two options.
"Ya could sleep in my bed," he offered. He wasn't sure why he was being so nice. It probably had to do with the earlier sex and bath that made him less cranky and rude. He eyed the beast man and slowly realized it was the same one from the lobby. The rapable one! After the little one got some shut eye, they could play a little. The payment seemed fair to Danil and he grinned.

"Get back!"
That was enough for Eleazar to panic, watching the rhasto coming towards him and Cyan he instinctively turned to the opposite direction. He felt a strong forceful push on his arm at the moment he saw sparks fly amid the rain.
Running with the dark-haired man and the stranger who he carried, the inventor started to cough violently.
"Not now..." he managed to mutter as he was slowing down his pace.
Eleazar has had a certain illness since he was a boy, and this prevented him from traveling and adventuring, not that he liked to do that. That was why he preferred staying at home than running outside in the rain.
He slumped to the ground and saw his two other companions still running the other way. The human glanced back for a second and saw Eleazar was left behind.
"Go ahead!" he urged, as he lay flat on the floor, preparing for the worst.

Now that his eyes had readjusted to the darkess of the hallway, he recognized the ferret he'd seen earlier, smelling like...
Kloe frowned slightly, considering his options. He wasn't sure if he liked the guy's grin. But on the other hand, it was safer and more comfortable in one of the rooms. The floor seemed more inviting than sharing a bed with a stranger, though.
Ears twitching, he nodded slowly. "Alright. It's better than the hallway..." Kloe started making his way upright again, using the wall as leverage. Joints popping loudly as he did. He took a moment to stretch his back, shirt being generous to show off his travel-toned body, and waited for Danil to lead the way.

He eyed the boy's body lustfully as his shirt rid up, and shook his head. "Later. Calm down. Sleep first," he chanted in his head to keep himself from ravishing the H'ortom against the hallway wall. He padded down the hallway, clenching his fist as he struggled to keep the dirty thoughts from his mind from happening.
"So, why are you in Agreia?" he attempted to strike up a conversation. "Oh, I'm Danil by the way."

Kloe walked slightly behind Danil, not for any particular reason.. he was just used to following when he was around other people, rather than walking beside them. It had something to do with something his brother had said.. what was it now...
He perked up slightly as the ferret spoke and introduced himself. The h'ortom was quiet for a moment before answering. "I'm Kloen.. I'm here because I've already seen all of Solea. Maiorn just happened to be in my traveling direction. Plus, Cyan.. the human that was with me, gave me a ride here." He silenced, not really intending to speak so much at the same time. Maybe he was turning more social?
... Nah.

"So that sexy human's name is Cyan, hmm?"
He turned to face the wolfboy, walking backwards with a smile. "Well, it's nice to meet you Kloe! I hope my room is to your liking!"
Danil stuck in the key and turned the doorknob, letting the door swing open. His things were strewn on the floor and he strode right over them, not bothering to pick them up. He hummed while he switched the bed covers over so the side that Felix and him had done the dirty on was facing towards the bed. He patted it gently, signalling for the beast man to come lay down.
"Do you mind if we share a bed?" the Er Lot asked, eyes glinting brightly.

Kloe eyed the room skeptically as the er lot stepped inside. Really, wild animals were less sloppy about their things. He glanced over the mess and stepped between the piles, looking up as Danil inquired about sleeping together. The h'ortom's ears flopped down against his head warily. "I don't-" he was cut off by a sudden flash of light. Only that wasn't lightning.
At full curious alert, he jumped over the last pile and almost pressed his face against the window, peering outside. What the hell? Fire? Something strange is happening here... Wait, shouldn't Cyan be back by now? What if he's caught in the storm? It was an odd feeling really, worrying for someone he'd just met. But I owe him for the ride. I should check if he's alright. Well, apparantly he was, because there he came rushing out from an alley!?
Something loomed above. Kloe's eyes narrowed. He couldn't tell what it was because of the rain, but it made the hairs at the back of neck stand on end. He looked to Danil briefly. "Sorry, I can't be your bedmate tonight!" spoken in a rush as he hurried out of the room, running outside to find Cyan n the heavy rain.

When the human ignored his warning, he continued to run towards him. Felix shook his head, however, his concentration was lost and he stumbled, his balance dissapating. To his surprise, he was caught. He looked up; the human had caught him. Though soaked, he could feel the warmth emit from his body. The rhasto struggled, pushing Cyan away, pounding his fists against his chest. "Are you even listening to me?! Let go!"
It's no use. He figured. He perked his ears and tightened the lids of his eyes, blocking out the harsh pitter patter of the rain. There were no sounds of flight. But that doesn't mean...
"I said let go!"
