--- Questions about Roleplaying ---
Q: How many people are allowed to interact in one thread? Is there a limit?
Yes. A maximum limit of 6 participants are allowed in each thread. Any more would be kicked out.
Q: Can one character be in two or more threads at the same time?
No.
Q: Are people allowed to have more than one character? Like if I have my old lady am I allowed to have my handsome young lad as well?
You are allowed to have as many characters as you want. Though, if you are to use them seperately you'll have to create different accounts with different names so we don't get messed up.
Q: Can a character leave his/her story and join others or start a new one?
Yes, you can quit a thread to join another. Although the condition is that you must make an official exit --- that is, describe your character as having left the plot/region. Please make it obvious so others know you have left the adventure.
Q: Can you put an obvious tag somewhere to state the number of existing participants in each thread?
No, I am not going to encourage people to not read the previous posts and simply join blindly into the already developed stories. You have to read through the threads yourself and figure out if there are still spaces left. I also put blue italic tags into the threads to announce if the thread is full. You will be able to see that if you have been skimming through the pages.
--- Questions About the World ---
Q: Are there any specific rules for magic?
For now, as long as it logically fits into your character and doesn't 'god-mode', you can be as creative as you want. If unsure, keep your abilities restricted to the same level as everyone else.
Q: Do you have any specific ideas on the myths and legends of this world or would it be alright for the non-omniscient to create a few?
Myths and legends are fine if they're simple stories or folktales and does not affect the reality of the world. Etiological myths are good too, as long as it's mentioned as a myth. In essence, as long as you do not alter the world factually or create a religion all is fine.
Q: Do you have any aesthetic values that you would like maintained? As in the sort of characters you would like on board. Would a sixty year-old woman, or a hunch-backed fetally-deformed human not so much work?
You can be anyone you want, as long as it sticks to rp-reality.
Q: What about creating orders? Like Brotherhood of the Angry Poisoner or summthin?
You are welcomed to invent any weird random groups you want, as long as it doesn't conflict the larger scale of settings. Just as you may create a family named Kel'Sviet in Facemoor, you can create a circle of forest elves in Maiorn. As long as it doesn't contradict or alter the world, all is fine. If you wish for it to be recorded as a part of Cantana, feel free to request so.
