Alright. I've created a very simple map of Collosae; if anyone wants to suggest/add details or other images for this city, feel free!

Fourth Circle Wherein lies Collosae's Grand Palace, the governor's house, the ambassadorial buildings, and the House of Judgement.
Third Circle Wherein lies the world's greatest schools of Science, Art, Magic, and Culture. Aspiring scholars live in dormitories within this circle to better further their scholastic careers. Contains also the Great Library of Collosae.
Second Circle Wherein lies the Residences of the people of Collosae. Guildhalls rest against the Wood Wall, the houses of the Nobility are found on the outside of the Fire Wall.
First Circle Wherein lies the Merchants, Inns, and Restaurants for both the populace of Collosae and Travelers alike.
Other Places of Interest
The Temple The people of Collosae were polytheistic, who's gods took the form of Beasts. ((If anyone wants to think up these gods, and what they reign over, be my guest! I'll write them in as you give them to me.))
The Hanging Gardens During Collosae's height, the Garden's were believed to be an earthly reflection of Heaven and many of the plants and flowers grew out of their natural cycle there. The Gardens were sectioned off by magic, keeping areas in a permanent state of Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, depending on the plants that grew there. In the very center of the Gardens, one may find a partial stairway consisting of only seven steps, the last fairly cracked and broken. The middle of each step is bowed, as if thousands of pairs of feet have walked these steps to nowhere. On the bottom step, in the language of Collosae, can be found the words: "And thus the People ascend unto the far off City, bringing with them gifts of knowledge and gifts material. May the People be blessed evermore, until TIme halts the breath of Collosae."
In Present Day The Wind and the Wood walls are partially destroyed, and parts the island itself have been swallowed by the sea. What used to be a large lake roughly in the middle of the island is now a bay; the water has cut a strait into the land. Collosae itself is, to a certain degree, in ruins- however treasure can surely be found still.
