Name of Organization: Twilight Hold
Purpose of Operation: The Hold is an enclave of assassins and thieves. Their purpose is to the highest bidder.
Area(s) of Operation: Agents are dispatched across Cantana, but do not tread on Fasemoor, Piscesula, or Canniven.
Membership Limitations: Membership with the Twilight Hold Farstriders is open to any assassin or thief that proves themselves in a set of three assignments from the Farstrider Offices, branch offices the Twilight Hold operates in most cities (they often are fronted as apothecaries or dagger merchants). The right to live in the Hold itself requires you to either be born into the Hold and pass the initial kill or stealing quest or you must prove yourself above and beyond the call of a Farstrider.
Rules of Conduct: Members of the Farstriders or Citizens of the Hold must never hurt or steal from another member. They may compete over contracts, but only in a bidding or dueling style before the contract has been assigned. Once the contract has been assigned, it is that person's unless the target is not eliminated within the time limit specified on the contract or the person relinquishes the contract.
Major Headquarters: The Twilight Hold is located in a bastion between several hills and hidden behind several levels of Illusion magic on the border between the regions of Lepudum and Lamia.
Additional Facts: Members of the Outriders can be identified by the tattoo on their right shoulder of a winged dagger. Citizens of the Hold can be identified by the tattoo on their left shoulder of a dagger with a crescent moon.
