- Part I -
Name: Jacob Tvyyra
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: Nineteen
Basic Appearance: Jacob stands at a little under six feet with a muscular frame that comes from working in the family business. His face is more on the long side, the features of which give the impression of a level of perception or focus, especially when working on a task. A tradesman by nature, he gives only a minimal attention to his looks, keeping his hair short for the sake of simplicity. His skin is unmarked by tattoos or piercings, though he has made some on others. What may be the most surprising is that he also has no scars. Though he gets more than his share of cuts and scrapes, his Rose Quartz Regenerator has taken care of them nicely.
Typical Outfit: Like much of his family, Jacob prefers the darker colors of the spectrum for his garb, as they naturally hide dirt and stains that comes with some of the territory of the family business. He can usually be found wearing work clothes or the family's dark uniform robes bearing the Tvyyran Family Crafters logo. Throw on some sturdy work boots and he's ready for anything.
Personality: Jacob, the larva. A drone like those who have come before him and those who shall be. Birthed in the Tvyyran hive and fed the knowledge, the knack, of making items and selling them for honey - that beautiful, golden honey in discs as bright and as large as the sun itself - and storing the sweet fruits of labor in the honeycombs of the Tvyyran vaults. For what? To build and expand and make more honey, and expand and grow the hive larger, and larger, ad infinitum. A bee is not a bee without its swarm or its hive, as it would surely perish in the vastness of the world around it. It is as unthinkable as a Tvyyran abandoning the family or the family business, and thusly is rooted a most extreme sense of loyalty - a loyalty born out of dependency.
However, as each snowflake is slightly different from its companions in a blizzard, so it is with bees and ants. Jacob harbors a certain arrogance about his skills (Animating a toy soldier or a statue is just cool, in his opinion.) and his station. While many his age go through their own little crises of what to do in life, his enjoys the fact that his is already planned out for him. As long as it doesn't involve some aspect of his family, a double-crossing buyer, himself, or perhaps a really good friend or customer, Jacob is fine with sitting back and letting someone else play the hero. After all, it's gotten him this far. Just don't intentionally pick a fight with him or his family, as his ego and personal pride are not as dormant as most of his kin.
Oh, and by the way, he's a money slut. Give him enough coin of the realm and he'll do anything, as long as it doesn't demean him... at least not too much. Er, well, if it does, that'll cost extra...

Family History (if applicable): While some people are born with a natural aptitude for music, mathematics, or sports, the Tvyyrans are gifted with the knack for working with their hands and tools. Their innate understanding of the principles behind their work allows them to expand thereon, making new and better talismanic inventions. Early in the third century A.D., enough demand for Tvyyran wares prompted them to open a chain of their shops, Tvyyran Family Crafters, sparsely around the world to distribute their goods that much more easily. During history's dark times, sales skyrocketed from not only the heftier purchase orders from governing bodies, but especially the fears of the general populace.
The Tvyyrans' "pets" are Toirmaran Warfalcons, distant cousins of the phoenix. According to Jacob's grandfather, a long-since-dead matriarch of the Tvyyran line took a liking to these birds that inhabit the remote snowy cliffs in Toirmarania in Austria. She domesticated these birds and brought them home with her for her pleasure, to the irritation of her husband who saw his profits being squandered to aviaries and thrown into the falcons' throats - until he spitefully used them in place of owls and found the rate of highjacked packages sharply decline, that is. Since those days the Tvyyrans have had an ancestral attachment to their winged allies.
General Biography: Jacob has been apprenticed to his father since the age of seven. Until recently, he has lived in the safety of his family's ancestral home, where he has learned about the nature of talismanic crafting - familiarity with metals, woods, crystals, and the like; crafting techniques and tools such as the common Swiss Army Wand, and related spells and enchantments like his favorite, the Animation Enchantment Tempero Animatus, and the Shattering Spell Rapturus if a talisman gets too out of control. He has several years of sales experience from filling in at any of his family's shops from time to time.
