Whipping around, tiny whispers alerted Eter of nearby creatures, perhaps even humans. Quickly, she covered the palm of her hand over the anig's mouth and pulled the blanket over his head, whispering in his ear: "Turn back." Contemplating his next move, she interrupted before he could say anything else. "Just do it!"
The anig only grumbled in reluctance to follow her orders and scowled from under the blanket before closing his eyes in concentration. Eter's instincts were most often right, or else he would have argued back, but he wasn't too happy about how she had to command him. He snorted. The only reason why he was here was because she wanted something warm to cuddle. Blacky would rather be back in his den sleeping away and munching on bamboo.
The blonde Niveh straightened out her clothes before she cautiously inched towards the entrance. She was here for a while already, almost half a year, but had yet to figure out how things worked on this planet...place. During her stay here so far, she hadn't communicated with any humans, not knowing whether it was neccessary. As the days passed, she learned she need to talk to someone or something sooner or later.
Eter managed to crawl all the way out of the tent and, clumsily, stood up. She looked around, trying to see if anything was near; a stupid move on her part. Everything that surrounded her almost stood still for a moment. She sniffed with smugness. "I know someone's out there. Come out!"

A little tight in her throat, Elita nodded at the sprite's suggestion. It would be nice to know who was in the tent. Afterall, she did not want to greet males. The thought of it makes her stomach turn. Men disgusted her.
Just as she was about to reconfirm her opinion to Laurie, the tent shuffled inside. Instinctively Elita crouched to the forest floor, ears perked. As someone poked their head out of the tent, Elita frowned, praying that it wasn't a man. She saw the shadow step out into the night and jumped when the person yelled with some volume for them to come out.
Now Elita was confused. She frowned, pondering on Eter's sexual identity. The voice of that person was definitely feminine.... But apparently Eter had no chest. A bit unsure of what to make of it, Elita slowly stepped out and revealed herself to the stranger, stepping in front of the sprite sisters so to shield them from any possible danger.
"Um...Hi?" She blinked, her voice a little weak from uncertainty. If the stranger was a man, she would want to make a run for it. Thinking that, she heard the inside of the tent stir again and winced.
If this person's not a male, then the one inside is...

Laurie was on the verge of very cheerfully pulling her sister closer to the tent -- even if she couldn't scare the people inside, spying was fun too -- when she saw it start to move. She froze, Hiyet copying her movement from behind, and stared at it, wondering what was about to come out.
As Laurie stood still, Hiyet moved around her sister so that they were standing side by side, hands still linked together. They exchanged a quick glance as some shadowy form actually came out. "Sounds like a girl." Laurie said quietly.
Hiyet nodded, releasing Laurie's hand to follow as the fox lady stepped out, carefully staying more or less behind the hunter as she peered around her towards this new stranger lady. She couldn't really get much of information about her this way... not that she had overly expected to be able to, it was just barely too dark to see easily anyway.
While her sister stayed with Elita, Laurie edged off to the side. Her white hair made it so she wasn't exactly invisible in the undergrowth, but she managed to get off center without making much of any noise, so hopefully with the attention on the other two girls she wouldn't be noticed. Much as she had when first meeting the fox lady, she made sure that one of her knives was in easy grabbing distance.
She didn't think she would need it, but if these tent bound strangers proved dangerous then she was off to the side enough to do some damage if she had too. Never really could be too careful, and this new person appeared human.

Eter heard soft noises of shuffling feet on grass and swishes of the bushes. A beast-man emerged before her, taken by sudden surprise. Elita greeted her with an unsure "Hi". It almost seemed as if she wanted to run from her. Her smug expression was replaced by a saddened one. With slumped shoulders, she absent mindedly pulled down the hem of her jumper and sighed. The niveh gave her a half-hearted smile as she noticed the other creature besides her as well.
"Hello. Please don't be afraid or...anything. I promise that I'm not a mean person."
Her voice wasn't desperate, but her reasoning was. One of the first beings she meets and they're cautious and afraid already. This time, Eter, pulled at her long hair and twisted them around her fingers. Her ears twitched as she heard the loud noises from inside the tent. She scowled.
"Blacky..." she murmured to herself. "Come out here Blacky!"
She turned back to the newcomers and gestured for them to stay. A few seconds later, a high pitched growl could be heard and the panda emerged from the entrance of the tent. The black and white furry animal almost seemed to be skipping over to them, his clothes hanging from his chubby creature body like blankets. He laid on the ground besides Eter and looked up at the two other beings in front of them. Then he closed his eyes and began to nod off again...

Elita stared very, very hard after Laurie as she sneaked towards the tent. She was perfectly aware that the little sprite was curious, and it worried her. Actually, she should be worrying about herself. The poor ephiin jumped a little as she heard the night-veiled stranger replied to her greeting, and she snapped back to concentrating on the niveh, ears flickering around nervously as she listened to Eter talk.
Girl?...
Then she looked all over Eter's features with wide, round eyes.
Boy...?
Frowning, she stared hard at the genderless stranger, pink fluffy tail swishing anxiously behind her.
Girl? Boy? Not a mean person??
Her unorganized thoughts were interrupted by loud noises inside the tent. Tail and ears freezing in action, she turned to stare nervously at the tent.
"Come out here Blacky!"
Blacky? That sounds... boyish. No! Could it be...
Staring hard at the tent, Elita did not see Eter gesturing for them to stay. She waited for a man to come out so she could make a tun for it, but something surprised her --- it growled. She felt her shoulders slump a little. Hadn't she heard this somewhere before? Yes... She had. Elita faintly remembered a blob-like creature patched in black and white...
It was a panda! ...With clothes littering on top of him.
Elita could well see the creature's white fur patches under the moonlight, and suddenly tension turned into glee. She snorted softly, tail waving softly in the air. "Can... Can I touch him?" She asked excitedly, voice naturally sweetened due to her ephiin nature.
